The Local Leaders Lunch returns with its second session - The Next Generation. Join Advance Rockhampton, the Institute of Managers and Leaders and headspace Rockhampton as we continue our discussion around mental health in the workplace and its importance for workforce retention and employee well-being.

The Next Generation will provide business leaders with advice on dealing with disclosures of mental health concerns, how to work with and support young employees, and offer the chance to network with business leaders from across the Rockhampton Region.

You'll also hear from experienced local leaders as they participate in a panel discussion on staff retention.
