Major Projects

The Rockhampton Region’s economy is being driven by $12 billion of major projects to be delivered over the coming years. Major projects in the region include the Rockhampton Ring Road, Mount Morgan Tailings Processing and Rehabilitation Project, Browne Park Redevelopment, Mort & Co Feedlot and Fertiliser Facility and a number of energy projects.

Energy and infrastructure make up the bulk of Rockhampton's $12 billion project pipeline, followed by agriculture, health, property development and community and recreation.

The Advance Rockhampton Industry Development team is ready to assist local businesses, and potential investors, to realise the opportunities these major projects present on the ground and through the supply chain.
