Meet the Facilitators

Louise Hauser

Louise Hauser is the Program Manager for Workforce Evolve, bringing experience across government, corporate and not for profit sectors. She is passionate about helping small businesses make practical, ethical changes that strengthen their workforce and support long term success. Through Workforce Evolve, Louise helps Queensland small businesses access tailored, professional support to navigate change, build capability, and create sustainable workforce solutions that work for their business and community.

Isabella Crombie-Tait

Isabella Crombie Tait is a Workforce Coach with Workforce Evolve, with hands on experience in generalist Human Resources across a range of industries. She works closely with small business owners to support understanding of employment obligations and to develop positive, practical workplace practices. Through Workforce Evolve, Isabella helps Queensland small businesses build confidence in managing their people and create strong, sustainable workplaces that support growth.
