Tour around the Rockhampton Region. Listen to the stories of old as you are walk through Rockhampton’s Heritage Precinct of Quay and East Street then head to the Botanic Gardens for lunch followed by a wander through the Rockhampton Botanic Gardens and Rockhampton Zoo during feeding times.

CBD Heritage Walk

See the old mixed with the new as you take in the historical buildings and the revitalised riverbank precinct. Rockhampton zoo

Rockhampton Zoo is nestled within the Botanic Gardens and adjacent to the Murray Lagoon in Rockhampton. At the Zoo you will discover more than 70 species of native animals from across Australia, exotic animals from around the world, tropical rainforests and outback Australia exhibits.

Keeper talks and feeding times take place every day in front of the relevant animal enclosures.
